Enterprise Rent-A-Car

A 0 if possible I rented a luxury vehicle for my daughter s 21st birthday with 6weeks notice. My pick up time was 3:30 and they kept pushing my time longer as I was waiting. After a hour I went back in to see if the vehicle was finally there but the man behind counter said I dont have a vehicle for you!! Go to Avis hahahaha what a joke! So I did actually go to Avis and got a Vehicle! I would never rent a vehicle from this company again!

WORST experience of my life. Reserved 48 days in advance and they canceled on me the morning I was supposed to pick the car. They put me on a waiting list and never called/emailed back. Wasted half a day to get another car at the airport instead and paid an additional 500$ difference compared to what I was supposed to pay with this company. Will NEVER recommend to anyone except to my worst enemy. AVOID AT ALL COST!
