I took 3 watches in for a number of repairs and I was extremely happy with the service I received. They quickly did the repairs while I waited and their rates were very reasonable. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I wont hesitate to go back for anything watch or clock related!

Aiko was very helpful and gave me exceptional customer service. I originally went to Humbertown Jewellers to inquire about a specific watch model. Aiko showed me a few models on display to give me a good feel for the brand. Luckily for me, by the end of that day, I had the desired watch model on my wrist. I had major damage on my michael kors watch, michael kors wanted me to send it away (i would have had to pay shipping) for minimum 6 weeks, and wanted to charge me $200+ to fix it. I brought it to 360 Watch and they happend to fix it in one day for a lot less. Just wanted to show my appreciation and write a review. I REALLY APPRECIATED IT!! Amazing service!

Marnie was so professional and helpful in creating several design options for me to choose from using the available stones. I highly recommend CC to anyone considering a design/redesign of a ring or purchase of a special piece of jewelry. They have an excellent selection and the staff make you feel very comfortable - no pressure - just excellent service.
