At Queens , I never have had to wait long despite my prescriptions being complicated.
A ten minute wait is typical.
Queens has great prices on over the counter products that range from cosmetics to tensor bandages and everything in between.

I've been doing business with this pharmacy for so many years (25+) I can't remember when we started. It's too bad and unfair that the pharmacy is getting bad reviews because of (CANADA POST).

The pharmacist working today was the most amazing man! I can not be grateful enough for his kindness. After being released from the hospital today we went to get my daughters antibiotics we went to 5 different drug stores all saying they didn’t have it due to the amount of time it takes to make/mix together! So thank you for taking the 30-45 out of your day to make the antibiotics my 1.5yr old needs!!!!

The staff are very friendly , helpful , especially the ladies in the beauty boutique their knowledge from skincare & makeup & perfumes was very professional & they helped me pick out new products for my skin that I love . This location is by far the best in Brantford. The staff at this store is very helpful and makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. I get my milk and eggs etc. here regularly, Thanks to the young gentlemen Azor that manages that department and assists me regularly. Thank you !

Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.

The pharmacist [Deana or Nina...I am not sure of her name } is such a genuinely helpful, friendly, kind and caring individual.
The stores over the counter products are very reasonably priced which is not typically the case for a smaller [non-chain) pharmacy .
Outstanding customer service , excellent prices and the store itself is clean and neatly maintained .
