I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive. Lire plus

We really enjoy working with Riverbend. They helped us with tile, carpet and countertops for a renovation and we used them again when we added carpet to our basement. Most rectly we used them again to install vinyl plank in our last renovated space. We found the service great, the quality of work excellent and the price for product was exactly the same as at Home Depot. We liked the local service and owner managed presence.
